2. Products & Orders
- All products sold under Limited Edition are capped at 25 units per design.
- In Lab products are conceptual and offered on a pre-booking basis. Delivery timelines may vary.
- Product colors may slightly vary due to photography and screen display differences.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion.
3. Pricing & Payment
- Prices are listed in INR and inclusive of applicable taxes.
- We accept major credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and wallets.
- Emiriv reserves the right to revise prices without notice.
4. Shipping
- Standard shipping across India. Delivery timelines are estimated and not guaranteed.
- For Go Invisible and Signature Style, expedited processing may apply due to the unique nature of the pieces.
5. Intellectual Property
All designs, logos, photographs, and content on Emiriv are proprietary and protected by copyright laws. No reproduction is permitted without written consent.
6. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your account and password. We are not liable for any misuse.
7. Limitation of Liability
Emiriv is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or products.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi.
