Return & Refund Policy
Every Emiriv piece is created with precision and exclusivity. Our return and refund policy reflects this philosophy.
1. Eligibility
Returns accepted for:
- Manufacturing defects
- Wrong product shipped
- Major size mismatch (if applicable)
Request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery via care@emiriv.com.
Non-returnable items:
- Sale items
- Pre-booked “In Lab” pieces
- Worn or washed garments
2. Refund Process
- Refunds processed post inspection
- 7–10 business days to original payment method
- COD refunds via UPI/bank transfer
3. Exchanges
- Allowed only for size issues (if stock available)
- One-time exchange limit
- Not valid for custom/In Lab pieces
4. Return Steps
- Email us with order ID, issue, and photos
- We initiate reverse pickup
- After approval, refund/exchange is processed
5. Responsibility
We are not liable for logistics delays.
Minor color variations are not considered defects.
