Cancellation Policy

At Emiriv, every piece is made with exclusivity and intention. To maintain the integrity of our limited-edition and conceptual collections, we follow a fair and transparent cancellation policy.

1. Order Cancellation by Customer

• Standard Orders:
  You may request cancellation within 6 hours of placing the order by writing to us at care@emiriv.com with your order ID and reason.
  After 6 hours, the order enters processing and cannot be cancelled.
• In Lab & Pre-Orders:
  These are non-cancellable once placed due to the made-to-order nature of the designs.
• Sale / Discounted Items:
  Orders placed during sales or on discounted products are non-cancellable and non-refundable.

2. Order Cancellation by Emiriv

Emiriv reserves the right to cancel orders in cases such as:

• Item out of stock or unavailable
• Incomplete or unverifiable shipping details
• Payment issues or suspected fraudulent transactions

In such cases, you will be informed promptly and full refund will be initiated to your original payment method within 7 business days.

3. Modifications to Orders

We do not support partial cancellations or modifications (like size/color changes) once an order is placed. Please double-check your selections before confirming the purchase.

4. Refund Timeline (For Approved Cancellations)

• Refunds are initiated within 3-5 business days after confirmation.
• Depending on your payment method, the amount may take up to 7–10 business days to reflect.
